Location
Where are you located?
We are located at 45 Chapel Street, Cheadle, Staffordshire, ST10 1DU. Opposite the police station and just off Tape Street car park.
Where can I park?
Tape Street Car park which is pay and display. The charging times are 9.30am - 3pm. You can pay for parking using the available machines or using the Paybyphone app.
The Studio
What is a reformer pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a Pilates Reformer machine.
The Reformer uses springs, straps, and a sliding carriage to provide resistance, helping to build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and support overall body alignment.
It’s suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, and can be adapted for injuries, pregnancy, or specific goals.
What do I need to bring?
Just bring yourself, a bottle of water to stay hydrated and a positive attitude!
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes so you can move easily, and don’t forget your grip socks (they’re compulsory for hygiene and safety).

Do I need to wear grippy socks?
Yes, grippy socks are compulsory.
If you don’t have a pair, you can purchase grippy socks at the studio before your class.
I have never done reformer pilates before which class should I book?
If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend booking a Essentials or Reformer class.
These classes are designed to introduce you to the equipment, basic movements, and correct technique in a safe and supportive way.
How early shall I arrive?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join for safety reasons.
Am I allowed to wear shoes in the studio?
No, shoes are not allowed on the Reformer or studio floor.
Please wear grippy socks, which are compulsory for hygiene and safety.
If you don’t have a pair, you can purchase them at the studio before your class.
Can I use my phone during class?
To maintain a focused, calm, and safe environment, phones are not allowed during class.
Please silence your phone and store it away before the session begins.
If you need to be contactable for an emergency, please let your instructor know before class.
Membership/Class Packs
How do I pay for my sessions?
You will first need to sign up to Legitfit and then you will be able to view the packages/memberships to purchase. Click here.
What happens if I need to cancel my session?
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge.
What is the minimum age?
Clients must be 16 years old to attend group classes.
Can I swap classes?
Yes, you can swap classes as long as it is done before the cancellation window of 12 hours. Simply log into your account and make the change through our booking system.
Do memberships have a commitment period?
A minimum commitment of three months is required, after which the plan continues on a month-to-month basis with one month’s notice for cancellation.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership. Please contact us at info@beyondreformer.co.uk in advance so we can arrange the pause for you.
What are the cancellation / no show fees?
At the moment, there are no additional charges for cancellations or missed classes. However, if a client consistently does not attend booked classes, leaving Reformers empty, this policy may change in the future. For now, a missed class will result in the loss of one class credit from your account. We kindly ask all clients to cancel or swap classes at least 12 hours in advance to ensure others have the opportunity to book.
How do I book a class?
Open the LegitFit app or website and log in.
Search for Beyond Reformer Pilates.
Select your class and confirm your booking.
Cancel or swap up to 12 hours before if needed.
